Drew is a graduate of St. Xavier High School and The Ohio State University.
He formed the Overbeck-Locaputo Insurance and Retirement Services in 1997 and merged under Cincinnati Benefit Solutions in 2010. He is a Chartered Benefit Consultant (CBC), FINRA Series 6 &63 securities license, Notary Public and is the past president for the National Health Underwriters of Cincinnati.
Drew is married to wife Heather and has two daughters – Ella and Molly. Drew is very active in the Cincinnati community giving his time to many local organizations.
David Conners

A licensed group help and life agent in the Greater Cincinnati Market since 1990. David is a graduate of the University of Dayton and Purcell High School and also earned a Group Benefits Associate designation (GBA) from the International Foundation at the Wharton School of Business.
David and his wife Rani live in Anderson Township and have five children.
David has been involved with the St. Peter Claver School for Boys in Over-The-Rhine, McNicholas High School athletic boosters, and the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation.
Howard "Hop" Wilson

Hop started his insurance career by calling on resident doctors who were on the thresholds of their careers. Now, more than 30 years later, Hop’s clients include not just physicians, but dentists and most other business entities. He manages both individual policies and group plans. Hop’s reputation for providing careful consultation and meticulous service is well established.
Hop graduated from Miami University in 1977 with a degree in Finance. He has furthered his education through the years by earning the Registered Health Underwriter designation in 1989 and the Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow in 1990. Hop also served several years as a board member of the Cincinnati Association of Health Underwriters.
Throughout Hop’s career he has kept his priorities of faith and family in the forefront of his life. He is married to his college sweetheart, Paulette, and together they have four children and two grandchildren.
Fun fact: Local 12’s Good Morning Cincinnati anchor, Tiffany Wilson is Hop’s daughter.
Scott Marston

Scott was born and raised on the West Side of Cincinnati. He attended Oak Hills High School and led the boys basketball team to the City Championship while earning the Cincinnati Enquirer “Player of the Year” Award in 1995. He furthered his basketball career at Virginia Commonwealth University and Northern Kentucky University where he earned his Bachelors Degree in Communications and Marketing.
Scott has served as the Legislative Chairman of the Greater Cincinnati Association of Health Underwriters. Scott is a fierce negotiator and takes pride in finding his clients the best possible solution for their employee benefits package. In his free time, Scott enjoys spending time with his wife Michelle and their two children, Luke and Mallorie.

Matt grew up in Cincinnati and went to St. Xavier High School. He graduated from Ohio State in 2015 from the Fisher College of Business with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. At Ohio State, Matt was a member of the Sigma Chi National Fraternity. In his free time, Matt loves golfing and beating everyone in ping pong.

Barb has spent her entire career in the insurance industry and utilizes this knowledge and experience each day to fulfill her responsibilities. She is the direct link between our clients and each of the carriers that we represent. She processes enrollments for new hires along with any life changes that occur and addresses any escalated benefit or claim concerns that require additional attention. She is a dedicated and trusted resource for our clients and strives to make their job of implementing the benefit program easier.
Barb is a graduate of Seton High School and the University of Cincinnati. She lives on the west side with her husband, Jon. They have two sons - Brian and Kevin. She enjoys spending time with family and friends.
Beth Bradshaw

Beth Bradshaw is a graduate of St. Ursula Academy and the University Dayton College of Business. She has a Finance degree with a minor in Communications. Beth worked for Accenture for 19+ years where she was a senior manager in Accenture’s Products Consulting practice focused on Trade Funds and Promotion Management.
Beth loves being the Business Manager for Cincinnati Benefit Solutions. Beth lives in Bridgetown with her husband Jeff, their two children Lauren and Colin, and their adorable Standard Poodle Zeke.
Beth is very active at her kids schools and is a member of the Junior League of Cincinnati. Fun Fact: Beth loves to travel and has been to 45 countries.
Tracey Bruder

Tracey grew up on the west side of Cincinnati and went to Oak Hills High School. She joined Cincinnati Benefit Solutions in 2004 and brought years of customer service experience from her previous employment at a local Savings and Loan. Tracey is a licensed agent and uses her knowledge to assist our senior clients in navigating the Medicare market. She also contacts our group clients on a monthly basis to answer any questions and resolve any issues.
Tracey and her husband Don live in Delhi and have two daughters, Brittany & Caitlin. She enjoys spending time with friends and family, including four grandchildren!
Shelley Neace

Shelley has worked in the insurance industry since 1998 in roles of customer service, call center lead, and sales. She joined Cincinnati Benefit Solutions in 2012. Shelley is responsible for customer service, billing and claim inquiries, and retention to our CBS clients. She works hard at her goal of keeping her customers satisfied that the job will get done.
Shelley married her husband, Chris Ledonne, in April 2021 and lives in Florence, KY. They enjoy following their University of KY Wildcats and Cincinnati Bengals. She also has two sons, Kyle and Austin, who attend Northern KY University.
